Whelan's Whales Giving Tuesday Campaign

Green Whales, Inc.'s Whelan's Whales program is a free swim lesson and water safety program provided to the children of Atlantic County through their local school. This program is run with Jim Whelan’s belief that all children should learn to swim and be safe in the water.

Whelan’s Whales was created by the owners and staff of the Brigantine Aquatic Center in 2017. Local coaches, lifeguards, and older athletes have taught hundreds of children to swim in Atlantic County. 

We are looking for donations to help support 100 children through this program in 2024.  It only costs our organization $35 per child for their four free lessons.  Click on the link below to sponsor a child through the 2023 Giving Tuesday Campaign.
